For Preschool & Pre-K Classes: Anything comfy that allows for a full range of movement. If wearing a skirt or dress to school, shorts should be worn underneath these items. Close-toed shoes are preferred.
For Homeschool and Adult Classes: Specifics of desired dance attire and shoes are discussed amongst host organization staff and KADC to ensure all participants may dance safely while keeping “extra” costs low.
For Preschool & PreK Classes: Close-toed shoes are preferred. Tennis shoes or sneakers typically work best in a dance class setting.
For Homeschool & Adult Classes: Shoe type will be specified once genre of dance class to be taught is agreed upon by the Host Organization and KADC.
In most KADC classes, a readiness to move and learn is all each student will need! Some classes may require additional materials at the agreement and discretion among the host organization and KADC.
Yes! All people are welcome to participate in KADC dance classes. Please make sure to note any pertinent medical information you believe Kelsey should be aware of in your dancer’s registration form. Kelsey may follow up with a brief phone call or email to discuss how to best serve your registered student if the need arises.
No. Payment for the program is not prorated if a student misses a class or decides to withdraw from the class after committing to the eight-week session. However, if a major life event prevents a student from attending class, please contact Kelsey Sadler at contact@kelseydc.com to discuss further options.
Payments may be submitted via cash, credit/debit card or check made out to “KADC”.
The registration form for your participating organization can be found under the “Register” Tab in the top bar. This registration form encompasses all necessary documents, waivers, and release forms for your dancer to participate in KADC programming. All participants must be registered online before attending class.
Yes, absolutely! Please note these KADC Keepsake videos provided at the end of each session serve as a showcase of all of the material the registered student has learned, experienced and accomplished over the course of the program as a formal recital is not provided.
KADC works side by side with organizations to find the best times of the year and day to provide classes to the communities they serve. Thus, classes for each organization are decided and agreed upon by the organization and KADC. If your organization already partners with KADC please check in with your facility director to collect all needed information regarding upcoming dance programming.
